Privacy policy

This page explains what data Mizinchiki (Мизинчики) — the @mizinchiki_bot bot and its Telegram mini app — keeps, why it needs it, who can see it and how to delete it.

What we store

• Your Telegram profile: ID, name, username, profile photo and interface language. Telegram provides them, and they are refreshed every time you use the bot or the app.
• Your time zone, so reminders arrive on time.
• Settings: sound, haptics, theme and the space’s palette.
• What members add: plans, their descriptions and comments, votes (“I’m in”, “Not now”, “No thanks”), dates and reminders, places on the map, uploaded photos and files, and the shared board.
• Service data: IDs of the bot’s messages in your chat, so they can be updated in place; records of actions in a space (such as “plan created” or “date picked”) for reminders and overall usage statistics; technical server error logs.

Why

Only to run the service: show plans to the members of a space, send notifications and reminders, search for places, and understand how the service is used overall. Your data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties other than those listed below.

Who can see it

• Members of your space see your name and photo, your plans, votes and attachments, and when you are in the app.
• The owner of the service has technical access to the database and uses it only to keep the service running.

Third-party services

• Telegram delivers messages, opens the mini app and processes payments. The Telegram Privacy Policy applies.
• Place search. Queries to Photon (komoot) and Nominatim (OpenStreetMap) are sent by our server, without your name or ID.
• Map. Your device loads map tiles directly from OpenFreeMap, which sees your IP address like any website does.
• Payments are accepted in Telegram Stars only. Telegram processes them; the service receives only a payment confirmation (ID, amount and date) and never your card details.

Where and how long

On the service’s server, for as long as your space exists. Database backups are taken before service updates and kept on the same server for a limited time.

Deleting your data

• You can leave your space at any time.
• When the last member leaves a space, it is deleted entirely: plans, votes, reminders, the board and uploaded files. This cannot be undone.
• To delete your profile as well as anything left in a space with other members, contact the owner of the service — see below.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies and no analytics trackers. On your device, in Telegram’s storage, the mini app keeps only view settings: theme, palette and what was open last time (the view and the list tab), so the screen doesn’t flicker and opens where you left it.

Age

The service is meant for people aged 16 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if we learn that such data has reached us, we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
